Return and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your participation in a program or event, please notify us as soon as possible.
    • Full Refund: Cancellations made 1 day or more before the start date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within the day of the start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a cancellation fee of 50%.
    • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the start date of the program or event.
  • Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a program or event, you will receive a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.

2. Merchandise Purchases

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, art, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
